Once you have the products sorted out, you have to focus on marketing. One approach is to make money blogging where you highlight all the latest tech and products coming on the market. You could also have a review site in which you offer reviews on several different products in a category. Every product has a link to buy (with your affiliate link), of course.
Peerstreet – This residual income option is slightly different, helping you earn money using real estate backed loans instead of the property itself. By helping fund the loan, you’ll earn a percentage of the interest rate charged to the borrower. Most loans are short-term, generally lasting between 6 and 24 months. You can build your own portfolio by choosing the exact loans you’d like to fund, or Peerstreet will choose the loans for you. Again, you need to be an accredited investor, although the minimum investment here is just $1,000.

"Create your own products and services," financial blogger and life coach Michael Tamez tells Bustle. "Any company you could ever work for can replace you at any time. However, your individuality can never be replaced! I encourage you to explore your creative talents and abilities more. What are you good at? How can you monetize that talent and perhaps even build a business out of it? Have you experienced something extraordinary in your life, and because of it, have tons of knowledge and wisdom to share? ... Creating your own products and services can create steady streams of residual income, which pays you continuously, even when you're not working. Essentially, you bust your ass once and get paid for the rest of your life — even when you're sitting on the beach, sipping coconut rum. Just remember this: When you invest in your creative abilities, you become irreplaceable!"

Some of the courses are eBooks, while others are audio or video-based.

Expedia itself negotiates directly with the suppliers to secure access to inventory, including packages and rates. How established is your site/blog/social media following?  Do you already have an audience of 1 million or are you just getting started?  Early on in your affiliate marketing journey you will probably want to have multiple options to make sure you can cover a broad field. You might want to become an Amazon Associate as well as joining one of the networks so you will have a product link to drop into any posts you do.  An easy place to start is to promote the services you are using if you are enjoying their product - web hosting or email management systems like Aweber.

I apologize.  If you came to this post expecting 50 niche site ideas… I don’t have exactly that many right now.  I’m always adding new ideas and taking off old ones.  But I’m going to keep this post up-to-date (I have 37 right now—May 7, 2018).  Whenever I think of niche site ideas that I don’t have time to pursue myself and I’ll keep updating this post so we eventually get to 50.
Whether you’re somewhat familiar with digital marketing or you’re starting from scratch, you may be looking to learn more. There are several ways you can learn digital marketing online; for example, you can take digital marketing courses. If you’re on the fence about whether a digital marketing course is right for you, here are a few points to consider and reasons to learn digital marketing:
I wholeheartedly agree with #2!! I never realized how much of an impact dirty carpets could have on the work place. My company recently switched to professionals who specialize in commercial dry carpet cleaning and it has made such an impact on the environment we work in. Definitely something to look into! They have some awesome information on their site. https://www.chemdrysantaclaritavalley.com/commercial-carpet-cleaning/

Market Health promotes more than 200 different health and beauty products, operating in more than 100 countries. The site is a little different than most on this list, as it hosts multiple different affiliate programs, rather than promoting products directly. Still, they are associated with many popular products, including Garcinia Ultra Pure, Green Coffee Bean Max and Bowtrol Probiotics.

When writing this guide, we reached out to the marketer community to collect case studies and learnings about creative marketing strategies. Most of these examples are included throughout the guide, but some didn’t quite fit. So we included those loose ends here, from the perspective of four awesome marketers. What better way to wrap up this guide than with you, our community?
What do you want to earn? Is this just a little bit of side income on your hobby blog or are you trying to replace your full time income? If you’re trying to go big then you’re going to want to focus on more high-quality products with big commissions.  Maybe you will be building your site or blog around the specific product you want to promote, like a product review or comparison site.
After I find a product that looks similar to what I’m sourcing, I’ll contact the vendor and send a letter asking questions about the product. Good questions to ask include price, quantity (there’s usually a minimum order quantity you have to order), sample costs, what forms of payment that they accept, lead times, and more. For more information on how to communicate with an Alibaba vendor, we have a great article (with videos!) that you can check out: https://www.junglescout.com/blog/how-to-find-alibaba-suppliers/
“If it cannot be measured, it cannot be improved”. Every marketer should understand the value of analytics, testing and experimentation in digital marketing. You will have to test various version of ads, landing pages, copies, call to actions etc. to get everything right. Google Analytics is a free service by Google that lets you measure how many people have come to your site/app, which page they visited, where did they come from, how much time they spent etc. As a beginner you should focus on learning the following:

Google also gives access to a large number of sites to put your ad on; these ads are not keyword based but intent and interest based. For example, you can place an ad for your furniture shop on a blog which writes about ideas on home making and interior decor. Here, you need to learn about ad placements, choosing websites, bidding, writing correct and engaging copies for your ads, designing good ads and designing landing pages.
Now that you’ve made it into the novice stage and started trying some initial experiments, it’s time to see what else you could be testing and experimenting with. The goal here is to keep expanding your understanding of the areas of marketing you want to get better at, and again, the only way to do that is to try to apply it yourself as you’re going.

Teachable and Udemy are two of many, but these are the most prevalent, and they’re both intuitive and user-friendly. With Teachable, you have more control over your pricing and the look and feel of your course, but you don’t get a built-in audience. Instead you have to do all the marketing yourself. Udemy has a built-in base of students, but you don’t have as much control and they take more of your revenue.
