Excellent list. Shareasale has been my best performing from the list. Another strategy I’ve used is to contact individual companies and ask about their affiliate programs. Some companies run in-house affiliate programs, which means they have a select few affiliates that they work with. Such companies can be quite profitable to work with as you’ll be competing with way less affiliates.
How to Monetize: Affiliate marketing works well when you discuss products on your blog. For our fish tank blog, we would link to all the things you need to buy for an aquarium and then when people click on that link and buy that item (and other items they purchase with it with some exceptions) you get a percentage of the purchase. Amazon Associates is the best-known affiliate marketing program, but there are others like Impact Radius, ShareASale, Commission Junction, ClickBank and Rakuten too.

This program pays up to $430 per sale to its affiliates. Not the highest paying affiliate program but the conversion rates are great and the product is also very valuable to new marketers. This is one of the easiest high ticket affiliate programs to join since all you need to make money with it is a Clickbank account. If you already got that, simply visit their JV page and get your link and start promoting.

However, when you lack the money, you need time. You'll need to invest the upfront time now in order to reap the benefits of automatic income later. It just doesn't happen overnight. So don't expect it to. However, you can do this without quitting your day job. All it takes is some sincere effort over a consistent period, and voila! But, to get there, you'll need to consistently burn the midnight oil or get up at the crack of dawn. Your choice.
Coursera is a course that is partnered with some of the top universities to ensure that you get the best possible online marketing courses completely for free, and teaches a wide variety of lessons including Internet History, Technology and Security, which teaches how the internet was created and how it works, to programming courses, and all that’s in between.
Teachable and Udemy are two of many, but these are the most prevalent, and they’re both intuitive and user-friendly. With Teachable, you have more control over your pricing and the look and feel of your course, but you don’t get a built-in audience. Instead you have to do all the marketing yourself. Udemy has a built-in base of students, but you don’t have as much control and they take more of your revenue.
