I literally just opened your websites while sitting next to my girlfriend on the couch and wanted to re-read some old articles to do something more useful than watching soap operas and got more and more excited reading this gem of an article. I find it awesome how often you share really good and well researched niches (cloud niches) but from my own experience the last paragraph of your article is unfortunately true. Anyway, this time I may have found some topics that seem to fit niches I am already in so thanks a lot and please keep more articles like this coming. Is there other way to support you except buying your services and courses? 🙂
Type of site: Just make this a niche site for the first several years. Don’t waste a ton of time making a podcast and an in-depth youtube channel. Make a few videos to show some setups but mostly just write blog posts. If you create a podcast episode today, nobody will listen to it again after a few months. Write blog posts that will last. There is no competition here, so don’t get bogged down with social media and crap. Just write!

Singorama focuses on teaching people how to sing and includes various products and tools. The best income comes from promoting the digital version, where you’re earning a 70% commission. The physical edition doesn’t pay nearly as well but it is still more than many physical products. Just be aware that this is a Clickbank product. So, it’s best as a side affiliate project, not as the main product that you promote.
In addition, you must know how much you want to earn by joining affiliate programs. Will it be your main source of income or just an additional one? For the first scenario, you should consider promoting products that are expensive and, consequently, that can bring you a good profit. If you plan on the second scenario, you can opt for affiliate programs that pay for sign ups or affiliate programs that pay daily.
Some good writing here! I am a realtor myself and frequently get in touch with clients that consider buying a realty estate a conservative of investing. I once heard of a transport company in Vienna, Austria, which focused their entire profit on buying eventually every house available in the downtown for about 80 years. Most people usually don't have both. But, if you have a lot of money, generating passive income almost instantly is easy. You can buy up some real estate and begin enjoying rental income. Or, you can invest in a dividend fund or some other investment vehicle that will begin generating a steady income for you.
Owning property can earn you passive income for decades to come. Once you purchase a duplex, home, or apartment building as a rental property, you’ll earn a consistent monthly income with little work. Rent should cover your mortgage, taxes, repairs, and other expenses. You’ll continue to earn income by paying off your mortgage with the rent money and saving excess rental income.
As an alternative, you can dedicate your time and efforts to generating as many unique leads as possible, and earn a good sum through quantity. This means you should not let high rates fool you. A commission of 30%-40% for the affiliate could be attractive relative to rates of 1%-5%. However, what matters is how much you can sell. Imagine that you have two products, both of which cost $100. From the first you can earn 40%, while from the second “just” 10%. Seems logical to work with the most profitable?
